Pressed Steel Sectional Water Tank Panel

ATI water tank panels are constructed with hydraulically pressed flanged panel in two basic types namely 1.0m x 1.0m and 1.22m x 1.22m. Each standard panel has a distinct star shaped emboss with a combined double flange at 45/90 degrees on each of the 4 sides. ATI water tanks are certified to BS 1564 by Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM).

Internally reinforced Pressed Steel Sectional Water Tank with stays and cleats are widely used for fire protection system and air conditioner make up storage tank. External reinforcements with pair frames or I beams can also be provided depending on choice.

ATI do provide mild steel tank panel with coating such as hot dipped galvanised, bitumen painted and epoxy. HDPE lining internally for pressed steel storage tank is also available to meet client’s requirement.

ATI also produced stainless steel 304 and 316 sectional panel water tanks.
